Review Mechanic strictly enforces compliance with Google Business Profile policies prohibiting review gating, sentiment-based filtering, or incentivized feedback.

• Merchants are strictly prohibited from selectively sending review invitations only to customers known to have had positive experiences.
• Merchants must provide all recipients equal access to both the public Google review link and direct internal feedback channels.
• Offering gifts, discounts, contests, or monetary incentives in exchange for online reviews is strictly prohibited.

Merchants maintain direct control over all communications sent through Review Mechanic. All invitations dispatched from mobile protocols (wa.me / SMS) must adhere to local privacy regulations, including GDPR, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM.

You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary recipient consents before initiating feedback invitations. Review Mechanic assumes no liability for messages sent without required customer consents.

Review Mechanic offers regional multi-currency billing via Lemon Squeezy (Domestic India: ₹799/month, Global: $29/month). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Free trials are limited to 1 trial per verified business location via our SHA-256 cryptographic trial ledger (trial_registry).

By using Review Mechanic, you agree to comply with all applicable Google Terms of Service and API User Data Policies.

Strict Non-Storage Policy: Review Mechanic strictly does not request, store, or log customer Google passwords or sensitive private keys.

Merchants may optionally connect supported point-of-sale and payment service providers (including Stripe, Square, Shopify, and Clover) to receive automated checkout event postbacks for review generation:

• Independent Third-Party Services: Stripe, Square, Shopify, and Clover are independent third parties. Review Mechanic is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by these payment providers.
• No Financial or Payment Processing Liability: Review Mechanic is not a payment gateway, processor, or merchant of record for your customer transactions. We possess zero financial write access, cannot issue refunds, and accept no liability for payment disputes, chargebacks, or gateway processing downtime.
• Merchant Warranties & Customer Consent: When using automated checkout sync, you warrant that your customer checkout terms inform end buyers of automated feedback follow-ups and that all customer telephone numbers captured comply with relevant telecommunication rules (including TCPA and GDPR).
• Zero Stored Card Data: Review Mechanic strictly prohibits and refuses the transmission of full Primary Account Numbers (PAN), CVVs, or bank security credentials.
